Publishing Online with Adobe InDesign

Hi there! It has surely been a while since I published anything on my blog. I must admit I’m not really that good with keeping up in the online world.

Anyway, I’ve recently discovered that you are able to publish documents online from InDesign. Publishing online from InDesign, enables you to create an interactive and interesting online document. This feature caught my interest, and I thought “I could make an interactive digital book with this!”.

I’m still finding my way around all the available features, but for now, I’ve tried using my previous illustrations to create a collection of quotes which you could view here. :D (clicking on the thumbnail below will also take you to the book)

I’ve mostly only used the preset animation features included in InDesign, but adjusting the timing of the appearing items could create quite an interesting experience. It would be interesting to make a simple moving illustration and add text to make a moving picture book of my own :D. It probably wouldn’t be easy, but I’m excited to try.
